Refugee Rescue Forum
The Refugee Rescue Forum is an outreach to those we consider to be refugees. What is a Refugee? It is a person without a home of his own, a person searching for a place of refuge. Joseph and Mary were refugees searching for a place where Mary could have the baby Jesus in safety, far from the threats of the king. Today's refugees number in the millions, and come from all over the world. Actual refugees seeking escape from famine, war and from life itself. Millions are spiritual refugees, seeking something or someone usually not even knowing what. It is the goal of this ministry to offer them a home spiritually or physically, or both.
There is a desperate need for those who can to go to the far places of the world to serve as missionaries. Some will want to study to be missionary pastors, evangelists, or teachers.
We will train and send them. Others want to take their talents and knowledge and serve with it. This would be doctors, nurses, plumbers, carpenters, electricians, engineers, teachers, cooks...whatever your profession, hobby, or talent, it can be used to help in a distant place. GOD ALWAYS USES PEOPLE TO DO HIS WORK, HIS MIRACLES, HIS LOVE. HE WANTS TO USE YOU. If you cannot go, you can help by sending someone and/or providing them. Your financial help is greatly needed. If you want to go, please contact us.
You can write, telephone, or contact us at the e-mail address below. If you want to help send someone or provide financial support, please go to the guest page and fill out the questions. DON’T ALLOW APATHY TO STOP YOU. DON’T THINK THAT ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY IS TOO LITTLE. DON’T THINK THAT YOU HAVE NOTHING TO OFFER. YOU ARE DEFINITELY NEEDED! LET’S PUT OUR HANDS TO GETHER TO HELP OUR LORD DO HIS WORK.

Latest News from the Mission Fields
We have just received our latest letter from our missionary freinds in the Philippines. We consider this one to be one of the most important ones that we have received from them. We know that God will move all of us to move into acttion. We absolutely must do something. We will share
only portions of the letter, because space and time don't permit us to print more. I travel once more the rough, rocky roads in Mindanao as I have done scores of times before. I have only one goal: to minister to and encourage my pastors, most of whom work in some of the loneliest and most remote places in Mindanao, not withstanding the whole world. News reach me of an earthquake that has shaken the Philippines, but it is only a ripple compared to the devestating jolt that first hit India and Pakistan with casualties approachinng 50,000. I am reminded that the Philippines itself is perched on the Ring of Fire of the Pacific Basin where frequent earthquakes and volcano erruptions occur. In many ways, it seems the country is sliding into its own "self made ring of fire."
New challenges await Barb and I, and our 200 Filipino workers in the onslaught of the catastrophes that are swamping the Philippines. We seek to understand the way God's spirit is moving here in these last days, so that we might be able to bring thousands to the saving knowledge of Jesus.
As I enter Tandag, Suriago del Sur, one of my pastors reports that he saw hundreds of Communist rebels marching in the hills just north of our work with the Mamanrwa tribe. One of the rebels told him that there are 4,000 more on the move.
